Richard C. RochonChairman of the Board -
Mr. Rochon co-founded Royal Palm Capital Partners (RPCP) as a private investment and management firm and has been its chairman and chief executive officer since its inception. Mr. Rochon also serves as chairman of the boards of publicly held Devcon International Corp. and Sunair Services Corporation. Prior to RPCP, Mr. Rochon was President of Huizenga Holdings, Inc., a management and holding company owned by H. Wayne Huizenga, whose investments included several publicly held companies including Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation, Republic Waste Industries, Inc., AutoNation, Inc. and Boca Resorts, Inc. During this time, he served as sole director for many of Huizenga Holdings' privately held operating companies, including serving as a director of SportsChannel Florida Associates, AutoNation, Inc., the NHL's Florida Panthers and the NFL's Miami Dolphins as well as vice chairman of Boca Resorts, Inc., an owner and operator of luxury resort properties in Florida. Mr. Rochon has been a director of Century Business Services, a diversified services company, for over 10 years. Mr. Rochon started his career as a certified public accountant by the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Rochon received a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Robert B. BeckerVice Chairman -
Robert B. Becker has been a member of EBC's Board of Directors since June 30, 2000. Since its formation in September 1986, Mr. Becker has been the President of Robert B. Becker Inc., a private consulting company specializing in business combinations, new business initiatives and contractual negotiations in the broadcasting, entertainment, media and communications segments. Mr. Becker recently served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Juniper Partners Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded blank check company, that has filed a Form S-4 to purchase Firestone Communications, Inc. Firestone is a privately owned diversified media and communications company. From 1989 to 1991, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Memry Corporation, a publicly traded company that develops and markets new products. From 1980 until entering the consulting business, Mr. Becker served as Vice President and Controller of HBO, and Director of Programming Finance of HBO from 1978 to 1980. Prior to this, he held various positions in the financial department of Time Inc. Mr. Becker is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting.

Jacob J. Barker

Jacob J. Barker founded Barker Capital, LLC in 2002. Barker Capital focuses on both principal investments and investment banking services for media companies in the lower middle market. To date, Barker Capital's investment banking activities have included advising clients on acquisitions, balance sheet restructuring, private equity and senior debt formation in transactions totaling $215 million. In 2004, the firm launched BC Media Funding Company to originate senior secured loans to media companies. Mr. Barker began his career as a high yield analyst for Fidelity Management & Research where one of his focus areas was media. Prior to founding Barker Capital, Mr. Barker was the senior high yield media analyst for Toronto Dominion ("TD") Securities. He also worked in a similar capacity for NationsBank Montgomery Securities (a predecessor or Bank of America Securities). While at TD, Mr. Barker extended the scope of his credit research to include syndicated bank loans. Mr. Barker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Tufts University.

Paul Brissette

Paul Brissette has served as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Piedmont Television Corporation since January 2002. For over 50 years, Mr. Brissette has served as an investor, owner and operator of various television stations across the United States. Mr. Brissette entered the television business with WWLP-TV in 1956, and his industry experience includes Brissette Broadcasting and Adams Communications, station groups which he exited after having improved their profitability through increasing sales and cost cutting. Mr. Brissette has owned over 30 television stations during his career. Mr. Brissette is a veteran of the U.S. Army, received his B.S. in Business from Holy Cross College, and attended Western New England Law School.

Larry E. Morton

Larry E. Morton, Chairman, President and CEO of Retro Programming Services, is one of the founders of Equity Broadcasting Corporation ("EBC"), the predecessor to Equity Media Holdings Corporation ("EMHC"). Mr. Morton was a member of EBC's Board of Directors from its inception in 1998. Prior to forming EBC, Mr. Morton was the President/ Manager of Las Vegas Media, LLC and Kaleidoscope Affiliates, LLC, media companies that were the predecessor entities to EBC, from 1994 to 1998. Under Mr. Morton's leadership, EBC as of September 30, 2006, operates or has signed agreements to acquire and operate 24 full power stations, 37 Class A stations and 67 low power stations. Mr. Morton also created EMHC's C.A.S.H.TM System, which gives the company a programming distribution method that allows for greater cable carriage and lower capital and operating costs at each station. Mr. Morton also recently co-developed RTN, EMHC's new programming concept that is designed to help broadcasters maximize the value of their digital broadcast spectrum. Mr. Morton is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, where he received a B.S. in Economics. He also graduated from the University of Arkansas where he received a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration.

Robert C. Farenhem

Robert C. Farenhem is a partner and co-founder of Royal Palm Capital Partners, a private investment firm. Mr. Farenhem serves as President of Devcon International Corp. and sits on the boards of Equity Media Holdings Corporation and American Rsesidential Services. Mr. Farenhem was the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development for publicly-held Bancshares of Florida and Chief Financial Officer for Bank of Florida from February 2002 to April 2003. Previously, Mr. Farenhem was an investment banker with Banc of America Securities from October 1998 to February 2002, advising on mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity, leveraged buyouts, and other financings. Mr. Farenhem graduated from the University of Miami, where he received his BBA in Finance.

Manuel Kadre

Manuel Kadre, is the Vice President and General Counsel of the de la Cruz Companies (Eagle Brands, Inc., Coca-Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers, Caribbean Bottlers Trinidad & Tobago, CCPRB (Jamaica) Ltd. and Coca-Cola St. Maarten) since 1995. In 2006 Mr. Kadre assumed the role of President of CC1 Caribbean Importers LLC, the companies' import company for the Caribbean. Mr. Kadre also serves in an executive role with AutoNation, Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 500 company since 1997. Mr. Kadre was a member of the law firm of Murai, Wald, Biondo & Moreno from 1991 to 1994 and served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Federico Moreno, United States District Judge, Southern District of Florida from 1990 to 1991. He received his Juris Doctorate, from Fordham University, and B.A. from Iona College, and is a member of the Bar in Florida and New York.

John E. Oxendine

John E. Oxendine has been a lender and investor in the broadcast industry for over 20 years; primarily investing in minority owned or controlled companies. Mr. Oxendine is currently Chairman, President and CEO of Broadcast Capital, Inc., a Virginia corporation ("Broadcap"), and President and CEO of Blackstar Management, LLC, a Florida limited liability company which provides consulting services to the communications industry. Mr. Oxendine served as Broadcap's President from 1981-1995 and has served as Board Chairman from 1999 to present, reassuming the positions of President and CEO in January 2004. Mr. Oxendine also served from 1981-1995 as President, and as Board Chairman from 1999 to present, of Broadcast Capital Fund, Inc. ("BCFI") which until 1998 was Broadcap's parent company. Mr. Oxendine was also the Founder and Chairman of Blackstar Communications, Inc. ("BCI"), incorporated in 1987, which had as its principal business the acquisition, ownership and operation of commercial television stations. Prior to joining Broadcap in 1981, Mr. Oxendine served as Acting Chief of the Financial Assistance Division-FSLIC of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, and from 1974 to 1979; he was an Assistant Manager at the First National Bank of Chicago, with overseas assignments in London and Mexico. From 1972 to 1974, Mr. Oxendine held positions with Korn Ferry Associates in Los Angeles, and from 1971 to 1972 with Fry Consultants in San Francisco. Mr. Oxendine served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, working in the area of military intelligence as a Russian Language Specialist 1967 and 1968. He also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Santiago, Chile. Mr. Oxendine received a B.A. from Hunter College and in 1971 an MBA from Harvard University, Graduate School of Business.

Mike W. Pierce

Mike W. Pierce, is the owner of Papa John's Pizza franchises operating in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma since 1991 and the owner of RLB Properties LLC, a Real Estate investing and development company which he founded in 1990. Mr. Pierce has also served on Papa John's Pizza Board of Directors from 1993 (initial IPO) until 2003 and served on various committees including Chairman of Audit Committee and is presently Vice Chairman of Franchise Advisory Council. Mr. Pierce currently serves on the Board of Baptist Health Hospital.
